Founded in 1980, Self-Defense Systems, Unltd. provides the highest quality, realistic, street-effective self-defense training available. Our proprietary self-protection system blends battle-tested martial arts concepts with modern sensibilities, strategies, and tactics.

We are an original mixed martial arts system. Derived from Jujitsu (Jiujutsu / Jujutsu), Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, Aikido (Aikijitsu), Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Chin-Na, Silat, Escrima, Arnis, Kali, and Tai Chi, and incorporating modern law-enforcement, military, and executive protection concepts, our programs provide a total self-protection package.
